Jennifer Quehl, RMT

Jennifer has been a Registered Massage Therapist since 2005, specializing in sports massage, Active Release Techniques (ART), and functional movement. Known for her consistent deep tissue massage, she has worked with athletes from the NHL, Canadian national rugby teams, rock climbers, powerlifters, cyclists, triathletes, skiers, and more. She has also helped individuals with neurological conditions, pre/post-natal care, injuries, surgeries, and terminal illnesses.

With a background as a personal trainer and conditioning coach, Jennifer has extensive knowledge of rehab exercises. As a former police officer for 15 years, she understands the physical and mental toll of shift work and stress. After leaving the force, she became an Aircraft Rescue Firefighter.

Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys staying active with hobbies like hiking, mountain biking, rock climbing, skiing, scuba diving, surfing, triathlons, powerlifting, CrossFit, paddleboarding, improv comedy, and playing piano and guitar (badly). She lives in Squamish, where she embraces the outdoors and traveling.
