Natalie MacLeod, RMT

Natalie graduated from the 3000 hour program at Vancouver College of Massage Therapy in 2013 after completing a four year bachelor’s degree in dance at the University of Calgary. In 2015 Natalie completed her 200 hour Vinyasa yoga teacher training. She is constantly furthering her knowledge through hands on practice and continuing education courses in both yoga and massage therapy. Natalie is knowledgable in the treatment of whiplash, respiratory and thoracic imbalances, sports/dance injury, pre and post natal related pain, and post cesarean treatment. Her treatments include myofascial manipulation, muscle energy techniques, neuromuscular and trigger point therapy. Natalie focus on the underlying problem to restore the body to its balanced functioning state.

She is passionate about educating her patients on their bodies and providing at home exercises so they can continue the healing process outside of the treatment room, and prevent further injury. Dance and yoga continue to be a passion of hers. She loves the exploration of the human body in motion, its relation to expression, art and science. This has influenced how she works, and continues to grow as a therapist.

When Natalie is not at the clinic she can be found at the yoga, pilates or dance studio, and backpacking, hiking, and snowshoeing the trails of Squamish and Whistler with her family.
