Jon Israelson, RMT

Jon Israelson is a graduate from the Vancouver College of Massage Therapists in December of 2014. Growing up in Jasper AB, Jon started competing in freestyle skiing at an early age. This translated into Halfpipe and Big Mountain skiing, competing on the world tour and traveling all over North America. Doing so, Jon is no stranger to injury and has a great passion for resolving pain and dysfunction with a variety of modalities. Taking a full body, systemic approach to his practice, while combining the efforts of both the patient and therapist, allows for an optimum environment to resolve musculoskeletal, circulatory, nervous tissue and joint pathologies. His devotion and dedication to health and fitness go beyond the clinic, as he enjoys spending his free time weight training, mountain biking, golfing, climbing, hiking and fishing. He also enjoys reading and trying out new cooking recipes with friends. Jon is excited to be a part of the Garibaldi Active Wellness team, where he is part of a well rounded group of like minded therapists focused on providing the best possible holistic care and experience for there clients. Jon is registered with the College of Massage Therapy of British Columbia and is an active member in good standing with the Massage Therapy Association of British Columbia.
