Student RMT in Squamish
Our students, who are currently enrolled in a Registered Massage Therapy (RMT) program, are working to complete the required practical hours for their course. Under the supervision of a fully registered massage therapist on-site, each student will have professional guidance to ensure a safe and effective treatment.

5 min assessment, 50 min treatment and 5 min home care instructions.
Active RMT instructors may be present in room during treatment if needed.

In British Columbia, a "student RMT" is a student currently enrolled in a Registered Massage Therapy program that meets the standards set by the College of Massage Therapists of British Columbia (CMTBC). They are not yet licensed, but they are receiving supervised training in massage therapy techniques and are learning the knowledge required to become a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT).

A first year student RMT is focused in relaxation massage. Effleurage techniques to all muscles groups and areas of the body.
The second year student RMT is focusing on aliments, injuries, acute and chronic care. Each student has not written provincial board exams and is under the supervision of a licensed RMT.

If you need help reducing nervous system tension, acute or chronic exhaustion, mental fatigue or simply stress release. Our 1 st year students are the place to be. Our second year students are there to help with more injury based conditions or anything that first year covers too.
